Delegation - Why it’s important when to do it and what to let go of first. If you want to make more money than you are currently making, you need to get back your time.  Utilise your time to do money-making activities like conversations, content and delivering your services.  Start delegating as soon as you can!  I delegated bookkeeping from the beginning and hired my first VA in 2020, at some points I had 14 people I regularly delegated to within my business and personal team.  Write down everything in your day-to-day life that you love!  Write down everything you love to do in your business!  Write down things in day-to-day life you don’t like to do!  Write down the things you don’t like to do in your business!  Start having a look into what someone else can do!
